Please read the following carefully before requesting a refund policy:

We firmly believe in our service and unconditionally support it, but we understand that it may not work perfectly for everyone at all times.

Before subscribing to a plan, we advise you to request a free 2 hour trial. We have implemented this option to allow you to test our service before committing to a long-term subscription.

Refundable Cases:

  • Full refunds are applicable within the first 7 days of use, and only for subscriptions of 6 months or more. You can always benefit from a free 2 hour trial before switching to a long term subscription.
  • If you have chosen the wrong subscription by mistake instead of the one you desired, you can also contact us to proceed with the refund after evaluating the case.

Non Refundable Cases:

  • Refunds will be denied if they result from a malfunction on your part (poor connection, faulty device, and other issues).
  • Refunds are not valid for 1-month and 3-month subscriptions.
